Full Brand Identity

Monika runs Springboard, a coaching practice for high-achievers who have done everything right and still feel like something is off. Her brand was almost there but underplaying her. The messaging was too soft, the colors too muted, and none of it communicated the depth of what she was actually doing.

She needed something calm, clear, and quietly powerful. Not a wellness brand, not a hustle coach. Something that feels like walking into a thoughtfully designed space where you can finally think clearly.

The concept came from three elements: a spring/coil, sun rays, and a jump trajectory. Those became a symbol that reads simultaneously as a sunrise and a bloomed flower. The sunrise communicates transformation. The flower communicates organic growth. The arch keeps the whole mark grounded while suggesting forward movement.

This was the most minimal logo I had worked on up to that point, and minimalism is genuinely one of the hardest design challenges. Anyone can add. Stripping things back while keeping a design feel intentional and powerful is where it gets difficult. I kept pushing because I wanted it to feel emotionally resonant, not just clean. Clean is easy. Clean with presence is hard.
